The density is very light. If that's what you want that's great, but I need something a bit "denser in order to hold medical devises on. The don't hold an insulin pump securely.The legs get a little stretched so it doesn’t sit flat, but when you wash it it goes back to normal. Doesn’t hold its shape.I’ve ordered amazon essentials underwear before and really liked them so I decided to give these a try. The package I received says full brief not high cut so I’m not sure if they’re the exact same but the shape looks the same. I should have paid closer attention when I ordered though because these are not the cotton material like others I have ordered. They are a stretchy silky material. They feel nice but they’re not breathable if you catch my drift. Actually I really hope my drift isn’t catchable because ya know…not breathable. They have a higher waist which I normally like but because of the slick material it causes my pants to slide down and sag. The leg and waist openings have a little bead of a silicone like material to help hold them in place but I do notice them approaching wedgie status as I move around. The hems on the waist and leg openings are also amore narrow which I feel like tends to be more visible under clothes so I would prefer a thicker and flatter hem. One of my biggest complaints on these underwear is the sizing. It’s honestly pretty standard for underwear sizing but the size chart is way off. It says XL is a size 18 and there’s no way. I got an XL and am usually a 10 but closer to a 12 now because I’m pregnant and they fit great. I think going down to a large would have been too tight for my tastes. So ignore the size chart and just go with your typical underwear size.Overall these underwear are fairly comfortable but the material being so slick as well as not very breathable I won’t be ordering these again.These ones are creepers on my curvy body. The stretch is great and does cover well when you first put them on ... but as soon as I start moving around a lot, they start acting like thongs. Not a comfortable feeling when that happens. The fabric is very stretchy and thin, and it does get a bit sweaty too sometimes. They wash and dry well, which is great, and seem to be built of a good enough quality to make them durable. The dusted pearl was a bit darker than I had hoped for, so it does show up as a dark brown under some of my garment choices. Overall they are okay for around the house or some very casual thing that doesn't require a lot of movement, but not my first choice for an everyday underwear option, particularly when I'm working.
