I'm usually a size S or M depending, in women's sizes. I've had a really hard time finding a skeleton sweater for a while, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The size XXL is great. I probably could have gotten away with an XL, but since it's 100% cotton this is probably the better choice. I'm 5'10" so I'm pleased that the sleeves are even long enough!This is pretty high quality and heavy for the price; the front is two layers as others have said, so you could even wear it inside out for an x-ray look.
